Dr. Ashley Wozniak is Chief Operating Officer at Eradivir, Inc and brings nearly 20 years of biotechnology industry experience spanning research and development, product development, commercialization, government partnerships, and executive leadership.

Prior to joining Eradivir, Inc, Dr. Wozniak held multiple leadership positions at Emergent BioSolutions, including General Manager and Vice President of Government Business, where she led global teams responsible for commercial and government-funded product portfolios distributed in more than 30 countries. She is also the founder of Fosera Consulting, where she has advised biotechnology and healthcare companies on corporate strategy, business development, commercialization, operations, and organizational growth. Throughout her career, she has led cross-functional organizations supporting the development, approval, commercialization, and lifecycle management of critical medical products and has managed strategic partnerships and government-funded programs focused on public health preparedness, biodefense, and medical countermeasures.

As Chief Operating Officer, Dr. Wozniak oversees Eradivir, Inc’s clinical development, chemistry, manufacturing and controls (CMC), regulatory affairs, and operational functions.

Dr. Wozniak earned a B.Sc. in Chemistry from the University of Winnipeg and a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology from the University of Manitoba.
