Pipeline
Our modular
platform has enabled us to create a toolkit of antibody recruiting small molecules, and we are advancing a pipeline of candidates to treat multiple diseases.

Influenza Program
Our lead candidate EV25 has the potential to become the new standard of care for the treatment of influenza. EV25 was developed on our
platform (Bispecific Antigenic immuno-Therapy™️) and is currently being evaluated in Phase 2 studies.
Unlike conventional antivirals that directly inhibit viral replication, EV25 is designed to bind to infected cells and virions and recruit existing circulating antibodies, triggering rapid and targeted immune clearance.

RSV Program
Our development candidate EV148 for the treatment of Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) has the potential to become the best and first-in-class treatment for RSV infection.
EV148 was developed on our
platform (Bispecific Antigenic immuno-Therapy™️) and preclinical studies support EV148’s potential as a differentiated therapeutic offering rapid, strain-independent efficacy, and an extended treatment window for RSV infection.
Following planned regulatory discussions for EV148 in late 2026, Eradivir expects to initiate first-in-human studies in early 2027.
