How the BAiT Platform Works
BAiT small molecules bind to diseased cells, triggering recruitment of naturally circulating antibodies which instigates rapid and targeted immune clearance.
These molecules use highly specific ligands linked to two immunologic haptens to drive targeted disease eradication.
A Modular Approach to Multiple Diseases
By switching the targeting ligand, this scalable small molecule platform has applicability beyond a single pathogen or disease. Our initial focus is on viral respiratory infections, including influenza and RSV.
